At AYA EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE, we believe that an effective education doesn’t just come from memorizing or lecturing. Active participation in the learning process entails analyzing, discussing and collaborating - in order to comprehend and retain. All of our courses are designed to encourage deep mental processing and student engagement with the class material.

Each One Teach Ten is our current program that aims to transform everyday people into builders of mini-freedom schools, protectors of memory, and teachers of truth!
The urgency of now demands that we expand and duplicate our success - massively. Instead of massive buildings, we need thousands of learning circles - mini-Freedom Schools.
We need more people - Black parents, grand parents, aunts, uncles, workers, business owners, community, teachers, retired teachers, etc. to take responsibility and actively engage in the process of re-educating ourselves, so we can protect and re-educate our children and youth
We need Each One To Teach Ten Circles!
Small. Mobile. Accessible. Flexible. Coordinated.

Oppression has warped our communication with ourselves and each other. We use our culture as a based for family, couples and individual counseling sessions.

This is our premier communication, conflict resolution tool. It's the foundation of our teacher training and key for organizational development.

Every Wednesday we host an Indaba for you to learn all about this movement to reclaim and reshape education using high-tech and high-touch circles that become mini-freedom schools. These EOTT circles not only educate our youth, but they also reshape us to educate our own and redefine the education process

With over 27 years of experience, we offer customized learning paths that allow you to choose the courses that best fit your or your child's needs and educational goals.
AYA Education is family Education. The Family-Lore project is but one example where we seek to heal alienation because as Dr. Amos N. Wilson says, "We're alienated to serve aliens." We have to heal that!
We believe that everyone should have access to quality education, which is why we offer our courses at an affordable price.

AYA Educational Institute educates to heal alienation. For many of us, we're not just alienated from our culture, but from subjects like Math & Science, too. For the last few years, AYA has used Melanin to heal our alienation from Science, and we're on a mission!
